- Skin in the Game: Demonstrated personal investment (both time and money). You should have already exhausted most of your money into your venture.
- Family Investment: Have you asked your friends and family for an investment?
- Viable Plan: A clear path to profitability and a well-reasoned business model.
- Traction: A functioning Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with early signs of market validation. Again, everything should be ready except the capital.
